Trumpeters: Check this one out ..

My good buddy, Dale Gibson Sr. from the UK has just finished his Anthology of Big Band Trumpet Solos.  Not only is Dale a great cat, but he’s undeniably one of the top lead screamers in the UK — playing with the Glenn Miller Band (UK) and has recorded with many of the BBC Radio bands, top touring acts and big names in show business over the years.

The book includes 43 Trumpet solos from the Early Swing period up to the ’60s.  You can grab your copy on Ebay for just 10 Quid.  Its a steal and a must have for any serious Trumpet player working in that idiom.  Check it out!
