The Off The Record band has been smokin’ the Baltimore and DC dance scene.  After many years of performing in Washington, D.C. and Baltimore’s top variety dance bands they’ve put together a hand picked selection of the area’s most extraordinary, talented and versitile musicians to form the ‘hippest, grooviest rock and soul band ever’ … and they’re not jokin!  With singer Joe Roundtree at the helm these guys are seriously tearing it up!
